ZipForma provides users with data entry automation, data processing, history management, and multi-format data export tools, such as CSV, Excel, and PDF.
Export capability for free or trial users is capped at 25% so users can evaluate software performance before upgrading.
Full (100%) data export, History Restore, and all advanced software features are available exclusively to premium subscribers, according to their selected subscription plan.
If you format or process data without creating an account, no history is saved on our systems or locally. Data is cleared once your session ends.
For registered account holders, formatted data and history are stored directly within the local browser storage to help users manage their history.
Premium subscribers gain access to the History Restore feature, allowing them to recover and restore previously saved history where supported by the application and available local data.
Your Data Belongs to You: You retain ownership rights over any data you input, process, or format using ZipForma. Neither Apex CodeX Labs or ZipForma claims ownership of your user data.
All source code, software architecture, UI design, dashboard layouts, logos, visual assets, and branding belong to Apex CodeX Labs or its respective licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, redistribute, or resell any part of the ZipForma software without explicit written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Premium plans are billed according to the subscription tier you select and the applicable billing terms presented at checkout.
Subscription cancellations, refund eligibility, and payment terms are explained in our separate Refund Policy.
ZipForma is designed to support data processing and history management, including browser-based storage where applicable. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, ZipForma and Apex CodeX Labs are not liable for data loss resulting from browser storage clearance, device failure, user error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Apex CodeX Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account, subject to applicable law, if a user violates these Terms of Use or engages in unauthorized or illegal activity using the software.
